We headed off after work to Cobleland, it’s only about an hour away.

Pitched up, on pitch 64, which is nicely secluded behind the main “meadows” pitches.

There’s a small shop on site, with the essentials, and plenty of water points, and we were advised that a Pizza van comes on a Saturday night.

The site looked pretty busy, there was an empty pitch beside us, but there weren’t a lot of empty pitches elsewhere.

I hadn’t noticed before we arrived, but the river Forth forms one side of the site, the same river Forth we walked along side in our last trip to Drummohr, but a lot smaller.

We didn’t need the heating on in the evening for the first time this year.

Had a light dinner and a beer, and crashed early.
